Performance still: Art Month Sydney, National Art School, Sydney
As a group of massed bodies these woman worked together to fill space, change geography and architecture and move viewers in the site. This grouping of woman happened for several minutes, every 15-20 min, over a period of 1.5 hrs. The artist and the volunteers will moved and grouped together at specific sites on location at National Art School, standing together in performance and solidarity for each other. Volunteers were asked to wear the outfit that makes them feel the strongest in spirit and personality. Although seemingly passive actions, they will create a disturbance and resistance hard to ignore by the viewers.
